About this Project

Construction of a new 3,800 SF health clinic, including site clearing and preparation, as well as civil, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical work required for the building. The project will also include placement of a modular building to serve as an emergency vehicle storage bay. Modular building shell has already been delivered to site and considered OFCI. All other items pertaining to construction of modular building are CFCI.
